Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Diana Herrera grew up listening to music and banging couches with drumsticks. She started playing drums with metal bands since the age of 15, and from that moment her career only developed further, even getting to play with Japanese metal renowned vocalist, Eizo Sakamoto. Nurturing from classic rock, latin rhythms, electronica and jazz, she enjoys using her skills to combine different grooves creatively, as well as learning from different musical perspectives to enhance her performance.

After becoming a music producer and working as a composer for different indie videogame companies, she moved to Hamilton to further her music studies at Mohawk College. She is currently playing with a couple of local bands around the GTA.
